I bet you thought I was going to post about zucchini again, didn’t you!
Well, I was definitely tempted. I tried to give some to my father yesterday but he didn’t know what it was and wasn’t sure he would know what to do with it. So, my next zucchini attempt is going to be a pizza that I found on Pinterest where you use zucchini as the crust.
But, I digress…
Today’s post is about breakfast, and it’s one of the simplest breakfasts you can make. I made this bowl on Saturday morning and it was delicious. It has only “real” ingredients and anyone can make it. The fruit provides a natural sweetness, in case you’re wondering. You could drizzle it with a little bit of honey if you wanted to, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
Fruit and yogurt
Fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup plain yogurt
Mix fruit in a bowl and top with a dollop of plain yogurt. That’s it!
