Finding real food in the valley
I’m sure this won’t be the only one I get. Lock your cars!
I used this recipe last summer when we had an over abundance of zucchini thanks to our CSA. Not all of the ingredients fall under the “real food” category, but I bet with a little tweaking it would get pretty close (I swapped the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt and it tasted fine).
We loved having them as an on-the-go breakfast alongside a cup of coffee.
