Other than substituting honey for the brown sugar, I followed the recipe. If I had mad maple syrup on hand, I would have used that instead of honey, since I think it has more of the brown sugar flavor. I wasn’t sure I would be a fan of a citrus sauce on salmon, but it was very good. I think grilling the salmon also would be good, then adding this glaze when you serve it.
I would also probably allow the glaze to thicken just a little more next time, in order to keep it mostly on the salmon and not so much on the fish.
