I just learned yesterday of a local source for natural cheese and I headed over to Maple River Winery in Casselton right away this morning. The owner, Greg, told me last night that he stocks the all natural cheese made by Bessy’s Best in Sterling, ND. I picked up the Smoked Gouda and the Olive cheese, but I can’t wait to try the others that also were available. I guess he tries to have these in stock regularly, so I can always switch up the flavor for next time.

Now, I just need to convince him to start stocking North Dakota flax.
