Over the weekend, I tried making the Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes from 100 Days of Real Food. I’ve tried whole wheat waffles and many other whole wheat breakfast items, but this was my first time making this pancake recipe.

While I found these pancakes good, I think some people might think they have too strong of a whole wheat taste. I used overripe banana that I stockpile in my freezer when they’ve been sitting on my countertop too long.
