Apparatently, eating “real food” is starting to become more natural to me. This morning, when my breakfast was delivered to my table at a restaurant in the Denver airport, I snapped this picture because after looking at the meal, I realized it was very close to “real food” and I really hadn’t thought too much about it when I placed the order.

If the bagel was whole wheat, this would be a completely “real food” breakfast. It’s smoked salmon, capers, bagels, tomato and cucumber slides, thin slices of red onion and some capers. And, it was delicious. Next time, I’ll┬áremember to ask about a whole wheat bagel.
