Apparatently, eating “real food” is starting to become more natural to me. This morning, when my breakfast was delivered to my table at a restaurant in the Denver airport, I snapped this picture because after looking at the meal, I realized it was very close to “real food” and I really hadn’t thought too much about it when I placed the order.

If the bagel was whole wheat, this would be a completely “real food” breakfast. It’s smoked salmon, capers, bagels, tomato and cucumber slides, thin slices of red onion and some capers. And, it was delicious. Next time, I’ll remember to ask about a whole wheat bagel.
