As a kid, you probably ate a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Maybe you still do?

A coworker told me about his latest version of the PB&J and today, I tried it for lunch. I have to say, it’s delicious, and so easy! It’s peanut butter (natural, unsweetened, of course) and fresh blueberries on a whole wheat tortilla.

It starts out looking like this:

Just spread the peanut butter on the wrap and sprinkle on a handful of blueberries.

Roll it up and take a bite — Yum!
