I first read this on the 100 Days of Real Food blog (no surprise that I’m their fan!) but I’ve now tried this several times and it turns out great.
Just put 1/4 cup of popcorn into a small brown paper bag, pop it into the microwave and press the Popcorn button. (Or, microwave on high for about 3 minutes.) Remove from the microwave once the popcorn kernels stop popping and top with melted butter.
You won’t be disappointed.
