Don’t mistake breakfast for dessert

In trying to eat more healthy, TM told me he wanted just fruit for breakfast. We had several fresh fruit options on hand. We have a favorite that I occasionally make for dessert, and I made a variation of it for breakfast today.

It’s easy to make. Just take about a cup of greek yogurt and stir in a tablespoon or so of honey. Divide the yogurt between two bowls. Then top the yogurt with your favorite fresh fruit. Today, I had pineapple, grape and pomegranate and I added sections of clementine to TM’s.

When we make this for dessert, we typically just use blackberries and I add in some chopped crystllized ginger to make it even more tasty. It’s a great “go to” good idea.
